It's been 3 months since we had the training and since then, I understand more clearly what I had been doing in the past. By using the incremental buying cycle my interactions have increased confidence, focus and direction both in client meetings and personal interaction. I found it a remarkable experience where I got confirmed again that our reality is nothing more (and nothing less) than an accumulation of suppositions. Thanks for that. It creates space for an endless journey of discoveries within ourselves and our environment. Only when the assumptions are promoted to truths is the fantasy lost and perishes the child. Curiosity gives us a new day every day with a unique perception of our existence. Our senses are a limitation for that which we do not need to accept. The dust from the trainings has settled again and life at home has become substantially more pleasant, hihihi :-)). Very enjoyable! Francis' questions are very often to the point and through his feedback questions I feel more... well... feedback. I notice that I would like to dive into this matter deeper because my one day of training is not enough. I would gladly participate in one more training if that training would be suitable for that. I have grown up in my business life in a very exciting and somehow magic corporate culture - the so called HP WAY. I have attended many, many trainings and education programs - most of them really excellent or even exceptional - by the way, I am 52 years old. I am willing to learn until the end of my life. Many Sales people experience stress for feeling they 'have to' sell. Push-selling or consultative selling gives many sales people a bad feeling the moment they sold something that their customer didn't really need or want to buy. Cees lets you experience that it can also be different. He didn't only teach me in his training how to better listen to people and (potential) customers, but he especially helped me to get rid of the 'need' to sell! That was two for the price of one. I wanted to end this with the line: "I recommend this training to everyone that isn't in sales solely for the financial gain, but also want to feel good about what (s)he is doing." A while ago there was this great television commercial on the air, featuring sun tanned, perfectly dressed and smooth talking young man that fitted the image of shrewd sales person perfectly. The kind that rub their hands as they walk up to a family that unsuspectingly entered their showroom, smilingly asking: "Would you like a cup of coffee...?" To my surprise that was not what Cees' training was about. More clearly even, we didn't even come close! The concept of sales that I now have involves staying true to yourself, focussing on what is important to the other person and closing the best deals ever in the process! A whole new world of communication opens before your eyes.
If you have anything to do with sales or business interactions involving people than this training is for you. Go there to have a taste of it and judge for your self. You will only be sorry for the fact that you weren't able to do so much sooner.

It is hard for me to write a testimonial for something that has been so important for business and personal development. Cees De Bruin's trainings have given me the chance to work in ways that I did not realize were possible. I have had two particularly pleasant meetings with you. To give an impression in words: trusting, quick, deep, effective, energy, responsibility, making choices, thoughts, freedom.
